Snack
Doritos 250 cals (because i was low on calories again) 1.205

Did my usual Y workout...
 
I know im sorry for being such a stubborn girl:( I admit most likely you are right...i give you kudos for all the knowledge and experience you have that i dont..just....i made this goal for myself and now i just really want to keep it...i mean i dont really feel bad at all and i am losing weight pretty well and feeling good so i just dont want to stop....i want to stick with my begging goal...but i will make a deal with you that if i fail at this as in if i quit/hurt my health/gain back lost weight i will come crawling back and then we can do it your way:) Thanx for your help though...you never know i might end up regretting not starting it your way...

OK First off 2 lbs a week weightloss is concidered
safe and slow weightloss I have looked up stuff before I started read
other's stories as well as researched some things.
I found out anything under 1200 calories for a woman is unhealthy they
reccomend anywhere between 1200-1800 cals but this also depends on
your height weight if your diabetic ect
I was just sharing from my"EXPERIENCE" that I have lost almost 70lbs
from watching my calories and exerscing 5-6 days a week and drinking
a ton of water and I have never done as good as I have now.
But TONY is saying 2lbs a week is unhealthy NOT TRUE 1-2 lbs is good
and they said 3lbs+ is not healthy but again it depends on your weight
go look in my diary my 1st week was like 8 lbs then 2nd 6 then 3rd like 4lbs
and now I am losing 1-2 lbs.Keep in mind I have a big calorie day my treat
everyother week and that helps me stay on track killing weekly cravings ect.
There are alot of us counting calories and doing well and I think you will yo BUt if you get to where you feel hungry just add like a 100 or 2 calories to get to where you are compfy.

I just saw your diary & notice that we are similar weights. I am amazed at your calorie counts! You are disciplined!

I have found that Sparkpeople.com has helped me track & plan my day. They have a nutrition chart tracker thingy that you can add foods as you eat them & then you know how close to your goal you are. Seems to be good motivation for me (although today I wasn't as good as I should have been!).

Good luck & I hope we both make it to smaller sizes soon & healthy!

teriyak chicken stirfry 220 cals

might have a snakc later tho

Did 45 mins on the treadmill of my normal workout...about 3.34 miles....I always do great Monday- Friday then Sat and Sun i eat eat eat and ruin my whole week by gaining lost weight...does anyone have any advice of how to stay on track?
 
The obvious answer is "Don't go off plan!" but I am sure that's of limited usefulness. What is your specific issue with weekends? Do you go out to eat, or just stay home and snack all day or go out partying all weekend or what?

My trick: plan my food, take snacks with me when I leave the house. It isn't perfect, but it helps.
 
I dont really know i suspect i might get bored and eat or im a bad late night eater too...its just something about weekends that i cheat cheat cheat....bored eating/ thinking im hungry are prolly the 2 biggest problems..

weekend and usually no exersicing to.Look at that ticker
you passed me right on by! You are doing greqat maybe fine
something to take your mind off of eatin during the weekend go out
see a movie hang with friends shop play on here ect.You can do it

Awww thanks Nia your a sweetheart...ya i hit it hard last week because or my 1lb week the week before lol....youll be right back up there in no time!

My training and eating are both working out pretty well but i am suck today so i doubt il be doing much or either....i havent been posting my daily diary because i have been busy lately....il try to start it up again...

Gosh guys it sucks i was off my diary for awhile then before i knew it i was off my diet...i havent lost a pound in 2 weeks....i need to get back on track i feel terrible! Ive actually gained like 2 or 3 lbs....im let down by myself...i hope i dont give up!
