I have been waiting to post pictures in this section for some time and I finally feel like I am ready! My highest weight was around 224 and my lowest has been 141.6 (I’m 5’6). My final goal is 135 and since my wedding I have gained back a few dreaded pounds but I am ready to start tackling the weight loss again and continue living a healthy lifestyle. The problem I have is I’m either really good at sticking to my goals or I’m being really bad and binge eating. I’m having a hard time finding a happy medium and therefore maintaining is going to be really tough for me. I’ve never been more comfortable with myself and the way I look and I can finally wear a tank top for the first time in my life. I feel great and I never want to go back to the old me. I lost the weight using the points WW system and exercising a lot. I’ve always been big and this is the lowest I have been since I can remember. Anyone can do it if they set their mind to it – it’s all up to you!! I have three diaries started if anyone is interested in reading more. Thanks for letting me share my story.
