Hey Girl...thanks a million for telling me about this forum. That is so totally awesome that you lost 4 lbs so far. I know you can do it and I will be here for you anytime you need me...weather it be on here or on the phone or live in person (LOL). We have each other and now we have all this other support as well. I love the goals you set for yourself...I think I'm gonna do that to...just think come Halloween (our favorite holiday) we can get some sexy, hot devil costume to wear to the halloween party....which you will have right? LOL We will be the 2 smokin' hot skinny chicks that everyone wishes they could have but can't...LOL Girl we can do this...lets prove to ourselves that we can.

I am happy that I lost 4 lbs so far... at first I was a little discouraged becuase I WISH that I could just lose it all at once, but then I snapped back to reality and realized this is the only way to do it.

Sounds good Chicky! When you where making breakfast this morning I really wanted to come over and get some French Toast...oohla la! LOL (I LOL'ed myself) LOL. You're food choices from yesterday were awesome. Keep drinking that water and today is a good day for Tae Bo :boxing: ...I'll promise to go work out after work if you do tae bo today. Is it a deal?

You know I was looking through my dresser and I found all the postcards I won from a challenge 2 yrs ago and yours was one of the postcards I had! I still have yours and rhondas, amomono's, kccruz and a couple other...how neat is that??

Hello Everyone! I'm BaaaAaaaack!
I was on vacation in Conover Wisconsin.. Also visited Watersmeet Michigan.. SO BEAUTIFUL!
We saw something called the Paulding Light in Michigan... its supposed to be an unsolved Mystery... I dunno... It was scary , but maybe cause it was 11:30 at night, in the middle of the woods, wich have bears and wolves and things that were crunching in the woods while we sat there... I wanna go see it again though. Vacation could have been longer.....

Guess what ladies... I also have my post cards! LOL
I would really love to do postcards again.

OKAY, as for my eating last week,... huh... I don't even know.
We pretty much skipped breakfast everyday cause we would get up early and jump on the boat to go fishing. We ate out alot and drank alot of beer... BUT we were always on the move... hiking, swiming, exploring.

I want to get a new scale. I have 2 right now and they both say I've lost more weight but I don't trust it.

I will know for sure next friday when I go back to the ol' Doctor AGIAN!
(between me and Mason's Mom we keep all the doctors in business!!!)

Today was good
B= Cheerios w/ skim milk, 1/2 cup coffee w c&s
S= nutrigrain bar 20 oz H2o
L= snapple ice tea (on the run shopping)
S= light and fit vanilla yogurt w/ bare naked granola 20 oz H2o
D= bad bad bad ..... KFC ..... bad bad bad
and later at night I had an ice crem cone....... I really screwed ths day

Yesterday I spent the ENTIRE day cutting grass, folding laundry, cutting grass, folding laundry, cutting grass.... ahh you get it...
I have a LOT of grass (ask Masons Mom) so it takes me a while..
And after the vacation I had a LOT of laundry so I kept busy.
Sweat my bum off I'll tell ya!

One thing I can not wait for is my clothes not to be so snug... I do have to say I do feel a tiny bit better in them, but not where I am comfy yet.

1 cup mostaccoli noodles

TOTAL H2o= 100 oz wooooo hooooo

Okay, I took out my shitting feelings and beat them with Billy Blanks and Tae Bo! :boxing:
Now I feel better... sweating like a beast, but it feels GOOD!
Plus when I was done my daughter told me I look skinny.. LMFAO
I think she want a puppy, LOL :rolleyes:

I've been cleaning house all day.. Most work is moving the furniture to sweep, mop and swiffer every inch of these hardwood floors...
Have also cleaned the turtle aquairum, guinea pig cage, and cat liter boxes.
I have to get a fish tank vaccuum so I can clean the cat fish's tank.

If I have time, I still have to get outside and weed wack all the edges around the yard. Also need to pull weeds... Busy week ahead of me!

I am however taking Ally to see Ratatouille in a couple hours.

Hey kiddo im finally starting to feel better so here I am ready to kick your backside and ready for you to kick mine. I will get back into walking tomorrow I don’t want to start off to fast and make myself sick again so slow and steady it will be for me. You are doing great and it sounds like you have a *ship* load of things to do this week to keep you busy but I will be keeping an eye on you girl lol. I cant wait to get my new post cards (you no I always look forward to them) tell the family I said hi.
 
Thursday I took Allyson to the movies. Friday Ally and I went Cosmic Bowling.
I only ate a yogurt yesterday cause I knew we would have pizza at the bowling party. I had 4 pieces!!!! And 2 glasses of pink lemonade.

Today is Saturday.
I am about to go cut the grass, takes between 2-3 hours of sweatful work.
Then more weed pulling and wacking.

Tonight my parents are coming over and we're driving up to visit realitives.
BBQ at Uncles house.

What movie did you take Allyson to see? What is cosmic bowling >>> im guessing it has something to do with 10 pin bowling lol. Ok... so, I have not been siging on and I apologize. Not only to you but to me... Beausee with out this place I tend to fall...

I have managed to lose 3 more ounds but in a months time.
I was hoping for more per month but like I said, I had fallen and wasn't exactly sticking with it.

With the help of a few close friends I am back on track. :hug2:


I do have to say that I am limiting my time online, so if I do not get to your journal, please do not take it personally.
I am trying to manage my time and life a little better to aid in my new lifestyle.

I am so excited about losing weight. I'm feeling good.
