Don't worry girl, you've been doing great, the pounds gotta budge sooner or later.

I might hit you all up a day early in vegas.

You all are going to have to be really good though, Official weigh in for the challenge is on Friday!! I think technically it is suppose to be Saturday, but I think we should do it Friday so we can all go out and party (and eat some carbs if we want)!

Perhaps If I do get in thursday, we can all weigh in first thing Friday morning and go to breakfast. hmmmm....

What do you think about when we should weigh in??

I hope you do get to come early :) I figured since I was flying all the way across the country I might want to stay for more than 2 days !

I personally think if enough ppl go early we should change the weigh in to Wednesday before we leave so we are all using our same scales.. also.. you have to pay to go into the workout facilities in vegas to use the scale.. most of the hotels to even get in the gym are is 25 bucks a day.. sooooo i am not really up for that! if someone wants to bring a scale I guess that would be ok too but like i mentioned b4 it might weigh differently..

We will worry about it closer to the time and see how many ppl are actually going early. It might not even matter :)
 
ok.... just went back and read my diary and realized i have been eating @ 2000 calories a day!! that doesn't sound too good unless i am working out like an Olympian! need to do some tweaking!
 
Good job realizing that. Can't move forward unless we learn how to improve.

yeah its going to be hard for me...being a picky eater really makes it hard to stay within a good calorie range.. i am gonna have to up the exercise and cut out or at least eat better snacks!

I am going cycling at 6 am tomorrow..start it off right! We have our weigh in at the office tomorrow so we will see if anything has changed this week.. i dont think so though :(

Workout: 45 minute Spin Class

Breakfast:
scrambled egg (50 calories)
toast (100 calories)
banana (100 calories)

Lunch: teryaki chicken (200 calories)
rice (250 calories)
snap peas (30 calories)

Snack:
candy (160 calories)

Snack: goldfish crackers (100 calories)

Snack:
chips (150 calories)

Workout: 45 min of tennis

Dinner: lean cuisine chicken fettuccine (270 calories)

Workout: 30 minute pilates video

Snack: applesauce (100 calories)

a new day!! I have convinced some friends at work to go to step class with me this afternoon.. today is the really hard guy! He makes it fun though so I am excited.. I look forward to Thursday workouts with him! For some reason I was motivated enough to work out 3 times yesterday.. I hope I can keep that up! I even got to practice a little tennis which is exciting because I ha e my first match of the season on Saturday morning and I don't want to get demolished!!! :nopity:

Wakeup: 8am

Breakfast: Fiber one bar (140 calories)

Snack: Banana (170 calories)

Lunch: veggie plate (black eyed peas, string beans, roasted potatoes, corn on cobb) (500 calories??)

Snack: cheese (110 calories)
goldfish crackers (140 calories)
M&M's (80 calories)

Workout:
1 hour step aerobics
arms, back and abs

Dinner: ham and cheese sandwich (300 calories)
goldfish crackers (150 calories)

As of 7:45 pm (1590 calories)

I know what you mean about staying an extra day. It's only an hour flight for me, so it's quick.

I think Paula and myself both thought it was a good idea to have the last weigh in in Vegas.

We were planning on bringing a scale though, so no one would have to pay for that.

You're right, it might be off a pound or two from people's home scales, but that's not a big deal at all.

I'll talk with Paula and see what she thinks. I know for some people, they are neck and neck in points, so the last weigh in might be a deciding factor.

I think it is a 4 hour flight for me... just long enough for me to want to stay an extra day!

I think it is a good idea to bring the scale! If it becomes an issue where its just 1 or 2 lb different to determine the winner then we will figure it out :) Hopefully it wont matter though!

I am so excited about going to Vegas and meeting all of you guys!
 
Hey, Christen. Just trying to catch up on your diary. You really workout like a fiend, don't you. I've been thinking about taking a spin class, but haven't as of yet. Maybe I'll actually get to one next week. Keep up the good work.

Hey Trops.. thanks for stopping by :) I only worked out like a fiend yesterday bc i was sick of not losing any weight! I am gonna try to keep it up though...Spin class to me is the hardest one... it is a great workout! Hope you have a great day :)
