Really enjoyed my weights today  - chest and triceps.  Increased a few of the weights too which is always satisfying  Got chatting to a guy afterwards who is looking for a training partner so, we're going to compare programmes and goals to see if training together would be a good idea (I desperately need a spotter!!)
