Good to see you posting again. I remember you from wayyy back. Right?
I kinda decided to browse the postings today because, I'm think I'm ready to be healthy again. And here you are...
I understand exactly what your going through right now. I'm there too. I'm trying to gather enough will power to make the committment. I have to figure out how Im going to do it.
I as well, am inspired by BiggestLoser. Everytime I watch, I know I can be a better me. Unfortunately - after a year of careless eating--it didnt take long for the weight to sneak back.
