Anyone around here remember those delightful books from the 80's? You read a page or two of the book and are faced with a decision to choose one of several paths based upon what 'action' you decide that your character will take next. Will you complete your quest or will you end up eaten by a Gru??
I've been bouncing around here on and off for a few years and now find myself ready to start my next adventure but currently unsure which direction to head. I do know that I am not looking to fall off a mountain or wind up in an ogre's pot.
On a slightly more serious note, I've dabbled in several different activities over the past few years. My most recent adventures were learning about the world of Crossfit and completing my third half marathon. I'm heading into the fall season and considering a few possibilities for my next adventure.
I'm aiming to put these upcoming months to good use to improve my overall level of fitness and will be choosing some future events to train towards soon.
If any of you have suggestions or advice as we go along please drop me a line.
I'm not a huge fan tracking progress by numbers on a scale but for reference and as a starting point my scale informed me that I weighed 247.2 lbs this morning with a body fat percentage of 31.8.
