Chest

my chest is fairly small but it stills pops up but i want it to be more shaped and bigger. i want my chest to be over my abs. Any help is appeciated

cable flys are best for size, but bench & incline do great also.. but dont solely work on ur chest & forget about ur back, that could cause huge problems
 
I feel the best way to a poweful, well defined chest is through bench, incline bench, dips and pushups. I'm not a big fan of isolation moves like fly's or pec-dec etc. They serve as a good way to add that extra "oomph" but in no way should replace your synergystic pushing movements.

Nice triceps? Try skullcrushers, close grip bench and dips. Also try this - if your gym has a foam roller perform a set of close grip pushups using the foam roller; superset these pushups with dumbell kick backs. You're triceps will fry.

Be careful not to incorporate your rear delts into the kick backs though.
 
flys give you minimal strength gain, but excellent size. and adler is right a weight training schedule w/o bench is close to worthless(imo). skull crushers are great, but are notorious for causing elbow problems. tricep pulldown(palm up) and overhead extensions, are two good exercises for the inside&outside region of the tricep. but dips & kickbacks are great exercises also
