Chest

Hey,
I am 15. where my arms meet my chest, i have fat. Instead of a muscular chest, it looks like I have a "roll" of fat. I'm 5'7 and i wiegh 150lbs. What kind of a chest workout will get rid of these stupid things. These are the reasons why I hate to go to the beach.

I only bench 130lbs, but i squat 310. I need to find a work out that will increase my bench, i would appreciate it if somebody would help me there also.

You need to do a lot of cardio to get rid of the fat. Lifting weights will only increase muscle under your chest and make them protrude more. Cario consists of running, swimming, biking, etc. I recommend swimming, it's a full body workout.
 
You are dealing with the toughest mountain to climb. I was *somewhat* in the same situation a year or so ago, so let me share my advice.

-You NEED to run

-You NEED to do crunches or abdominal work daily. I set up a routine where I would do 45 every time I turned on the TV, 20 every time I entered my room, and so on.

-Cut back on junk food. Soda is a big miss. Literally drink none, or limit yourself to one a week.

-You NEED to run. I repeat this because it is important.

-Stay at it. Wear a bracelet or something to remind you, every time you are at school at the cafateria or what-not, get milk or water over Coke or Sprite.

i agree with almost everything you said there underfooter, except for doing abdominal work everyday. your abs are just like every other muscle in your body, they need time to recover in order to grow.
