Hi, im sure this is a common problem , but when working out chest, i just feel it more in my arms.. are my arms too weak for my chest? what should i do any exercises that isolate the chest more? or do i keep going until my arms catch up?
Yes. This is likely weak triceps and shoulders. Try pre-exhausting the chest with light dumbbell flies. This will allow fresh triceps, and pre-exhausted pecs to do the movement.
