chest problems

it really feels like my chest just doesnt want to bulk up.
and sometimes after a workout ... like right after i do a chest workout ... theyre a bit harder .... then later on .. they just feel soft and bulkless. its frusterating .. because i cant see ne improvements in my chest after many times working out because the fat around that area is higher than ne area in my body i think.

sometimes i feel like my pecs are smaller (under all the fat) than someones who has never worked out in their life ... haha.

i dont know where this is leading .. sorry for wasting a thread hehe... i guess i just had to let this out..
if ne one has ne input than that would be good

well, it could be just be genetics...if thats the case, your chest will just grow slower than other muscles...thats not to say that you will not get a bigger chest, just that it will take more time...

also, how often do you train chest? some people have the genes (or the drugs) to do it 3 times a week...i personally do it once, sometimes twice a week. some can only do it once a week. so if you think you may have been training the chest too often, try stepping it down to once, maybe twice a week. but in the one workout a week, be sure its a good one.
