So basically the situation is i have been doing just flat bench, never decline or incline, till after a while i notice that my chest was inproportionate. The middle part of my chest was sticking out so it would look as if i had boobs but they where hard, my friends told me its because i didn't do incline as that helps out the more upper part of your chest to flatten it out. right now im trying to flatten my chest, so it looks even not what i have right now where one part on the chest is bigger than the other. What should i do? advice would be appreciated thanks =).
