Chest improvement help!

Over the past year, after football season, my weight has dropped (mostly fat) from 208 lbs to 175 lbs. During the season I dislocated my shoulder and have held back on any intense chest and shoudler exercises. I started working out again tuesday and barbell benched (I have dummbell pressed) on thursday, for the first time in a while. The results, well not too promising (probably due to bad technique, weak shoulder and chest, long layoff, and I have always had to deal with having long arms). Anyone have any links or workout plans that specifically target chest improvement (increased bench)? Any success stories? Should I continue my Dumbell pressing (which I feel gives my chest a better workout) and stay in my normal routine for a while and build chest muscle before I start worrying about my bench? Thanks, I just need a lil push.
 
Dumbell bench press is the best bench exercise for your chest. Make sure you bench to your lower chest with elbows in instead of to the nipples and elbows out if you don't want to aggravate your shoulder.
