chest flab?? HELP!!!!

I need help...
I can't work out about my chest - sometimes it is flabby and sometimes it it tight and looks just like good pecs. I don't go to the gym, and dont really want to? i am not fat but tall and like a tank (i repeat, not a fat tank)... I am fit, bar my chest and i cant work out why... I usually walk to and from school everyday and that is a good 30 min fast walk. I am also in a band and feel embarressed because i can never change my shirt in frount of them...

I am always so self consious about my chest, i never ever take my shirt off or swim or anything... When the doctor checks my heart and i have to lift my shirt for him he notices it and says something like, "it's just the puberty thing and it will go away in time"... but the thing is that i started puberty at 9, i am now 14, and i have had these since like 10 or 11 :( ... As i said, i dont intent on going to the gym really, i might, but is there anyway i can get rid of this flab, or harden it to make pecs, i think that would the easiest but i dont know how, and as i said - i aint planning on going to the gym.

Once again, I NEED HELP! I HAVE BEEN LIVING LIKE THIS FOR LONG ENOUGH NOW... I want to be able to go to the beach without a shirt... please?

It could very well be a puberty thing, because you're probably not done yet. I started when I was like 11 and I'm just about 17 now, I don't even think I'm done yet. If you want to lose fat all around, start doing a lot of cardio because spot training doesn't work as people can attest to that on here. But if you're that sick of it, then you might want to start weight training. If you build a lot of muscle then it might look less noticable.

These are just suggestions but you should probably have them looked at more closely from your doctor and ask him what he thinks. Could be anything from just genetics, to hormones, to a disease, although it's unlikely from your description.

Hi

Wait am i hearing this right? Puberty? Hormones?
Bottom line is your chest is flabby because you never use it!
You don't want to go to the gym but you complain your chest is weak. haaaaaa. wow.
You probably deserve to have a weak chest if you don't have the desire to improve it.
If you want half decent results you shouldn't spot train your chest. You should try full body fitness.
BUT you can do things at home.
Such as pushups and pullups.
