Chest creases

I'm finding that in the morning when I wake that my chest has creases on it (sleep on my side) as I am 44 I understand that this may happen w/age but it's not like I'm real old and out of shape.
Will increasing my chest weight training, which includes chest presses, incline flys and a few others make the dif.
Will heavier weights and less sets help?
I currently use dumbells 8-10 lb 3 sets of 12 reps when working chest, back, shoulders and arm exercises.
Am I doomed that age is now just taking over haha :(

I'm not exactly sure what you are referring to. Do you mean marks from the sheets/blankets? That's normal, especially if you lay in one place for a long time, instead of tossing and turning. I noticed I got them worse when my kids were babies, b/c when I got to sleep for more than an hour, I was so exhausted I didn't move at all in my sleep.

Either way, it's probably not a bad idea to up the weight a bit on your workout. Sets of 8-12 reps is a good range, but the chest and back muscles can handle more than 8-10 lbs.

And you can use the heavier weights for your leg workouts too. Changing up your routine now and again will help as well.
