No crackers

Yesterday and today...I succumbed to the aroma of our locally roasted coffee...I had a flat white on each day and surrendered my whole cracker allowance...sooooo worth it...will treat myself to a flat white weekly I think...something to look forward to and provides a rare social outing!

Day 61

The lack of fibre in this diet is a big issue for me...I had tummy pains from being so clogged! Took a slimmers tea last night to help...cant wait to have a decent serve of veggies!
 
Day 62

It's 4pm...due to sleeping in this morning, I have only just eaten my lunch....and dinner together! Not sure if this will affect my weight loss...but there's no way I was going to stay up until 9pm to cook/eat my dinner.

Scales said 68.6kg this morning...well on my way to losing my goal of 3kg this month.
 
Day 63

My consultant is pretty slack...haven't had a call for over 4 weeks! Not that I need them anyway...know what I gotta do:)
 
Day 66

Keep looking at myself sideways in the mirror! Can't quite believe what I have achieved so far...gotta check that it's true and the scales aren't lying!! I'm 68kg now...it will be harder to believe when I reach 66kg as this is when I look really good in clothes...it's almost like I didn't suffer enough to reach my current weight!! (as previous diets had me craving carbs all the time...thought about food all the time etc....this time i'm not!):)
 
Day 68

I'm now 67.4kg:eek:

I've raised my goal weight to 62kg from 60kg...Cohen's said my healthy range is between 62 - 65kg so I might order my refeed at 64kg. I had 60kg in mind because that's what I once got down to...but come to think of it, I didn't have any muscle tone...so the extra 2kg will allow for the fact that I'm maintaining muscle.

So refeed will be soon!....3.4kg away!
 
Day 70

TTOM! Had a "Free Meal" last night...chips, pizza, snickers pods and cadbury caramels...yum....I actually felt like I needed it...or something more nutritious anyway...was feeling very lethargic. It's the morning after and I feel ok about it because I know that I am still on track and will get to my goal in about 4-6 weeks:)
 
Day 70

Made it through the day ok...sometimes after a free meal/binge...it is quite easy to keep going ...like I did after the Royal Show...but I learnt from that...get back on the next day, revived and full of energy!

Finding it hard to drink my 2 litres...am barely drinking 1 litre...I know it's to flush toxins out...but at work I forget, even with it right in front of me (very busy job).

Our roof was meant to be going on today...but thunderstorms are forecast so it probably won't happen until Wednesday.
 
Day 75 - 66.8kg!!!

:eek: :eek: :eek: Yippee *does a little happy dance*...I'm below my "happy weight" of 67kg which means I'm happier than happy!!!:p Hubby's been tickling my ribs saying "look...you've got bones!"

Ordering refeed at 64 - 65kg...not sure which...will see what the mirror says!

Going up to Perth in a couple of weeks to pick up our new lounge suite and k/s bed...may have to do a mini shopping spree as well ...in size 12:eek:
 
day 77...oops!

Very thirsty today....cos I ate a lot of crap yesterday!

Weighed yesterday morning at 66.4kg:eek: :eek: :eek: ...then last night ate my normal dinner...followed by a not so normal pig out...you see...I was lethargic again...not joking either. I had already added some carrots to my veg (non cohen) for dinner hoping to gain some energy from extra carbs...but really, I wanted serious carbs...chips, shapes, fruitcake, choc....so I had 'em!

Not weighing until next tues...my 12 week weigh with tests...hopefully I will have undone the damage by then:D
 
day 78

3 people at work commented today on my loss. Told one girl that I'd lost over 10kg...she was gobsmacked:eek: because she didn't think I had that much too lose...you see I covered it up well with winter jumpers/bulky clothing...and with summer coming, I didn't want to uncover my excess weight...blerk! They hinted that they were envious but happy for me:eek:
 
Day 83

65.8 today:) 3.8kg to go.....1.8 til refeed.

Have appt with Cohens this wednesday (tuesday is 12 week weigh/blood test) they said they would order refeed for me after my blood test, just to make sure I get it before Dr Cohen goes on holiday (but I don't really believe that he checks EVERY blood test!! :rolleyes: )

I have 3.8kg to go until I reach my goal...this is definitely achievable before Christmas ....if I lose weight at the same rate on reefeed as I do pre-refeed??

Spent up big yesterday...bought a gorgeous slinky double wrap around top...which will look perfect in 2kg time...some classy black wide leg pants....some layered singlets to wear under wrap top.....and a musk lace summery over shirt...Very Pretty! ...and a stretch grey double wrap top! ...I had the most fun trying on clothes that I have in about 3 years...cos everything fitted and looked great!
 
Day 84

The roof is on our new house & the gyprock was put in last week...just need to do the gyprock trimmings/cornices...very exciting...will have a new skinny body to go with the new house...hopefully, we'll be moving in in February!

Will try to drink 2 litres or more today.
 
Day 85 - 12 week weigh/blood test today

Well, I have lost 12.4kg in 12 weeks! Very happy with that, with a few deviations I might add! Had my blood test today - will receive my refeed soon even though I won't be using it for another few weeks.

Cabinet makers are coming tomorrow to measure up new kitchen:)
 
Day 88

It's hard to post when you've been off the wagon...2.5 days later and I'm being good again...with a bloated tummy!

Read a good quote today on new calender:
"If your ship doesn't come in, swim out to meet it!"

Day 91

Oh woe is me:( :( :(
3kg heavier after a week long bender.
Back into it now though cos I feel pretty crappy!
Too many temptations...and no, it wasn't worth it!

On a good note though...I actually fitted into some size 12 pants:D
I'm just pretending that the 3kg is only fluid and I'll lose it in 2 weeks...back down to 58.8.
 
Day 91

:( :( I received my refeed today....so much for that...will have to stick to the straight and narrow until xmas...and then I will have xmas day off (eat whatever) and probably do my refeed in the new year.
Things I must do:
Stop the flat whites
Drink 2 litres of water
no dressing on salad
Say no to saboteurs
Get enthusiastic again(depressed now with gain:( )

Refeed program looks pretty good...at least I have extra food to look forward to....don't think I'll go huge on the bread, but will exchange protein for milk serve.

Can't quite bring myself to add 3kg on to my ticker again!

Will start fresh tomorrow and pretend it's day 1......with 7kg to go:)
