Hey there ^^

Since I have not got any more news with my weight loss online buddy I am starting my own new diary & also I gained 5 pound back ><, so it a new fresh start:

Highest weight: 199
Summer weight: 181
Back to school weight: 186 :banghead:

I am 19 year old full time student, 5f9 and weight 186!

My goal weight is 140 :auto:
Struggling with my weight since 3 year now!

Why did I gain so many pounds?

- Eating to much lol
- Eating & snaking very late: after 7pm & during 10pm
- No exercise
- Didn’t drink to much water
- Stressing * witch lead me to eat even more

How did I manage to trim down at 181 this summer?:gnorsi:

- Exercise 4 time a day 55 min of aerobic step *low to medium intensity*
- Stop eating after 7-8 pm
- Drink 2-3 liter of water a day
- Eating 3 meal and 3 snack *fruit, bar* a day all before nighttime

And so how will I manage to trim down at 140? :party:

Well by doing the same I did this summer ^^! With little change to my exercise routine:

10-15min of strengthening and set-push up
40-45 min of interval cardio *aerobic step*

Current weight: 186
Will weight myself only one time a week
Exercise day: Everyday except Monday, Tuesday & Friday
Will update 3-4 times a week

Already started this night with only 100 set up loll, did so much cleaning 2day & I am not even finished. Tomorrow I will do the whole thing hehe

sorry for the lack of update :\
I think I'll only update my diary once a week ;)
Anyway, the past week I exercised only once :( *started my period >.> lol
but most of the day I stopped snacking in the night, stopped eating after 7pm
:) weighted my self 2day = 184lb yahouuuu !
2 pound lost, im so happy, anyway I'll try my best exercisinfg often, still keeping the same exercise routine but not sure how many time a week I'll be doing this *to much school work*

It is great to see you are taking the initiative to loose weight! I am on my journey aswell, and doing very well! Thankgod!! :) I know I can do it, and so can you!! :) Keep updating over here and letting us know about your successes!! :) Think about a year aheaed to a thinner, healthier you!! :) Trust me a healthy nice body feels greater than any food can taste!! =D GOOD LUCK GIRL!! I'm here for all the support ye need!!

just did my 40min of intervall cardio no stop (aerobic step)
30 set up
15 ''push up'' lol
arm exercises with 5lb dumbell :p

I stopped eating after 7pm
1700 calorie consummed 2day

Hope to do the same 2morrow, I'll think about it since I have to studie for my exam of friday... ;)

this has not been a good week for me ><

ate so muchhh crap this week (mcdonald's) :( but didn't gain a pound (im very lucky) but did not exercise at all.

I am so tired when I come back from school so I sleppZzz :( need to figure this out! and I've catched a cold :( but i'll be ok in 5 day ;)

im back aftter a lonng absence ><

No progress have been done :( still at 185! oups gained a pound lol

well did start to exercise after long ago! this time I really worked my butt off loll

exercised wenesday for 40min (felt great after), took a 2 dday break since my leg was hurting a lil bit! but i am ok now :) + exammmmm

there is my new exercise routine(as for 2day) I just hope I'll stick to it!

exercise 5 day a week (except 2 days where I finish school really laate)
intervall stepper for an hour, only 5 min break after 30min intervall= 2min going fast, 1 min slow n repeat then after 4 week it will be 3 minfast/ 1 min break...

as for food :/ hummm made some many bad choise since last week :(
at least I eat a breakfast every morning! I eat at 5h30 am with school n all

there is my usual:

1 cup of coffee (sweet n low sugar)
1 *medium* bowl of cereal
2 slice of bread with one eggs and I lil bit of mayo

I am good until 10am so I eat a fruit, or a healthy bar

then when it come to lunch and supper :/ well :(

need to go back with my chicken salad that I have for lunch miam! insteed of hot dot loll
+ apple or orange

snack : apple or orange

as for supper : humm I should really cut down the pasta!!! replace it for a small portion of rice + vegetable, salad chicken( half a small portion of chicken breast n the other half I eat it with my salad for lunch)

sometime mom cook me pizza, spaaghetti, lasagna, it ok, but it the portion I eat loll need to cut down to only like a slice of pizza or only ONE plate of spaghetti or only ONE small *square slice of lasagna haha alway accopagned with salad

and no soda :) only water and a juice for lunch

starting againg = 185lb
weighting myslef every week, need to hide that damn scale before I go crazayyy lolll

let see how it go!

it's good to hear that you are having the determination and yes, i think no soda is the best way ..

i heard they're 300 calories a can ?

keep up the good work .. hope to see your lbs go down soon!

I will update in 1 week! didn't exercise last week with my mid-terms n all... ate like a p-i-g the whole week but still at 185.. must be alle the sleeping i have been doing! hihi + I didn't eat after 7pm! only drank water + an apple

going back to exercise 2night everything is ready! will exercise, wenesday, thursday, satuday n sunday .. tuesday n friday are my day off :)

been a longgggggg time :/ school was over for a while thank godness ^^
started exercised weeks ago, then stoped then restartded -__________- but hey i've lost 3 lil pound, stiil happy :p i've only been doing 40-55min of stair *walking fast* exercises! but atee a like a c-o-w hahaha anywhooo the holidays are almost over, will lay down the suggar ^^

did my 55min of exercise 2day on the stair! tried a new thing: exercersing before supper at 5pm then eat at 6h20. its way more better! i didn't eat that much for supper n don't even feel hungry, + drank a lot of water ^^ but the only thing I get a lil headeache! nway i'll see how it go with this new routine i dunt like much exercising at 9pm *hour after my supper* hope I will keep it up!

can't belive it, I did my one hour exercise 4 times this weeks! so happy i could stick to it :) 2day is my day off! n I didn't pig out the last few day hahahah n alway stopped eating after 7pm ,*exercised at 5pm* n I still have a lot of chips left from 2 days ago haha its a miracle XD let see how its go, weighthing myself 2morrow
