Today I embark officially on my weight loss journey.

Age: 17
Height: 6' 1"
Weight: 215 lbs
BMI: 28.36
Goal Weight: 180 lbs
In the past week, I have averaged 1600 calories per day. My goal is for about 1500 calories per day, but I find it very difficult to feel satisfied throughout the day before I already blow my limit.
I say today is my first official day because I finally bought a scale and I actually know my starting weight, however I have been eating better and running (for 20-30 mins every day) for the past week.
Today I am going to try to run for 35-40 minutes. I just ate a banana and drank some coffee (I read that caffeine can help with fat burning).
A couple questions.
#1 Is the breakfast I had today sustainable for a morning workout and/or appropriate?
#2 Do I have a reasonable expectation for the amount of calories I should be consuming per day.
#3. Do you have any advise on how I can reach my goal?
