Charles Diary. Feel free to help out!

Even though I don't think I'll be updating this anymore after this.
I thought it might be interesting to let you guys know about the current state of my weight loss stuff.
---------
First of all, I hit a plateau in weight loss and got to pretty much 100kg, after that I kept the weight at that, not gaining it all back.
It pretty much consisted of me eating a ridiculous amount for a few days then going on a 2-3 day diet to lose it all again and I did that pretty much till now.
Now I'm at 98kg since I'm trying to lose it again but the method I'm using now is to try to make it feel normal and updating a weight loss diary would make it feel less like that.

I might update this again if I reach a milestone like 80kg or I feel like I've done my job with weight loss and am happy with my weight.

I'm so glad I found this website, without it I doubt I'd be able to handle going on my first weight loss attempt and lose 8kg, :)
Have an absolutely great day everyone!

Thanks for popping in & letting us know how you are going Charles. All the best with your new plan. Cheers, Cate.

UPDATE: It's the end of the year. I am currently at 93kg. I've lost a-lot of weight over the year. This post was my FIRST attempt at weight loss. Everyone in my life is impressed I never gained the weight back and even managed to lose more.

I've been going to gym for a while to and am now at my strongest.
Looks like I may reach my goal of being physically fine when I reach 22.

Thanks everyone. Without your help I wouldn't of been able to get up off the ground, try new things, learn to count calories or manage my weight. I'm almost out of the obese category! (I might already be since I've gained muscle but I wouldn't know)
