Aaaanyway, this is my journal. I start... TODAY! (Well, after I get to sleep... bad bad! should be sleeping right now!) Erm, so yeah, I'll be waking up at 9am to go for a brisk 1h walk if it's still a little chilly outside; if it's too hot/rainy (you never know with Vancouver...) I'll do my 45min thing on the treadmill in the basement.
My plan is to carry out the above (at an earlier time, of course lol... or in the evening) 5/7 days, and hit the treadmill/bike at the gymn at uni for 1h plus swim (very basic, more DIY than anything else, really) for 1h the other 2 days. And let's not forget the de-stressor... a nice, relaxing 30mins in the whirlpool/jacuzzy after school!
It's ambitious, yes, but I'm really really hoping I can do it. I'm starting at 90kg. The ultimate goal by end of December is 65kg. The goal for next Saturday is a 2kg loss. No more chocolate or ice cream!
