not necessacarily i usually change the days i do certain parts of my body and the order that i do the excercises. Yes it is important to change excercises for some body parts but certain excercises just give you a better workout of that muscle and if you notice that then stick with it! Just basically turn everything upside down and shake it around lol workout in a different order. Your body will not be able to sink in to a routine like that and you will get better gains.
