I would say over the past 8 months i have put on like 20 -30lbs of muscle. My routine consists of me doing a pyramid of sets from 6-8-10-12 starting with a high weight then working my way down. Over the past week or so I started with doing only 3 reps of 10 with high weight. My question is will this affect what I have gained? or will it allow me to gain a little more? or will i just maintain? I'm not trying to lose any muscle, I wouldn't mind gaining a little either. I take protein daily and creatine and sometimes vitamins. Am I on the right track? can someone help.
