AWell done on loosing the kilo by the way. I know exactly how you feel - I have a magic 5lbs...at 200lbs I feel awful. At 195lbs or under I feel bloody marvellous.

So sorry to hear about the money probs. I'm paying back debt too and it's very frustrating to see money fly out of the account as soon as I earn it.

I know i havent been great.I shouldnt of had that bowl of oats but i was so wanting something a little sweet and with the raisins and cianmmon i t was good.I have been cleaning all day,went to the building aswell so i guess i have burnt some cals there plus i havent stopped around the house all day.


I am off to see D.H now will catch up tommorow.

I also was wearing this band around my waist and tummy and i sweat so much that the top of my trousers till the inner thighs where soaking wet

then i did strenght training legs and shoulders i was there for nearlly 2 hours i felt so tired after and i think i am going to be sore tommorow

also i noticed again that my muscles still arent as they where i find it very hard to lift the same ammount of weights i liffted 2 months ago!


off to eat my zucchinis now very hungry

Well done you on getting back to the gym hun. I totally understand how hard it is getting back to it and how quickly our bodies lose muscle tone. I have started my training program this week for my run at the end of oct and last sunday i thought 'oh god, i am never going to be able to do it' it was awful...so so hard but i kept going over the week and today i had to run 4 miles and i did it in 40 mins so i am back to doing 10 min miles already. Someone said that muscles remember quickly and they were right. i was really pleased with today :)

I myself was checking out last noght the half marathon in Athens and its 12th may 2013.I am really thinking of signing up....im really scared and i dont know if i will eventually do it its just i thought , its crazxy really.I cant possibl run at 10 km per hour to finish in 2 hours.The timelimit is 2 hours nd 45 minutes....i would like to finish at 2 -2 and 15 minutes.but i barely can run at 8,5 km for 30 minutes now.............

I was DEAD....i mean really running on 9km was soooooo difficult for me i actually felt like crying at one point cause i thought that i am a dissapointment.It was sooo hot aswell.

I would never manage a half marathon....and i would really hate NOT to get to the finish line....well now


Things i managed well


went to mcdonalds for a happy meal , mario wanted the madagascar 3 toy they are giving out with it so i got him his meal (that he doesnt even eat,only some fries and the juice!) and also G wanted some cheeseburgers....i didnt get anything.I didnt even really care.i thought that they are SO fatty, i didnt even think to j\have anything!!!!

I usually (back when i ate WHATEVER WHENEVER ) ad 2 cheeseburges and a big mac menu with a medium coke and fries......


i passed on the Nutell as well...i was holding a cookie dipped in the nutella that mario DIdnt want to eat and i actually through it away.I had it far away from my body while walking to the rubbish bin saying out loud :" im not going to eat you today" i guess i sound like a mad person.....


so now im still thinking of food going ot go stuff my face with cucumber....
 
AYou will get faster hun, last sunday my run was hellish and when i did a run on tuesday i was doing it at 8.5. thursday i tried upping it a bit and again yesterday. Today i did it on 9.5 and even some of it on 10.0. Its amazing how quick our bodies get the fitness back. Just up the time a bit at a time. May is ages away and it really is a great thing to aim to do.

Hi Jess, Do what you enjoy sweetie, rather what you think you should be doing. If you enjoy doing weights & using different machines at the gym or some aerobics, do that. So long as it’s exercise & you are moving your body & increasing your heart rate & burning up calories, it really doesn’t matter what it is. It is so important that you should enjoy your exercise or it won’t be sustainable. Have fun sweetie. Don’t be so hard on yourself. Well done on eating mindfully Jess. ABloody hell, you are burning a crazy amount of calories! WELL DONE!!!!!

I reckon that if you keep it up you will defo be able to finish the half marathon in May, without a doubt :D Its a shame they have a time limit on it tho, I don't think they have here. Imagine just being 5 minutes too slow. :svengo:

I know exactly what you mean about the invisible happy weight line too, I swear at the weight I am now, the next 10 pounds all come off my stomach and double chin. 10 pounds lower and I prefer to wear clingy tops that show my shape... But for now its baggy tops all the way.

hi ladies!I came here yesterday , wrote this big one and then i did something and erased it all................................

I have been running around this week for my bfs they are moving things in there house , also bought new stuff from ikea and that needs to be put together all fron start so i really didnt have time to get on here.My time of the month is alos here so im feeling a ;little drained


Ruth and erika i wish i could run for 9 km but i only run for nearlly 5 .I meant that i run on the speed of 9km per hour and i got so tired i only did it for 13 minutes.......................

i am still thinking ofthe half marathon thing.I have loads of time till then ,i just want Mario to get back to school and then i can get back to my morning work out again and feel better about myself


i went to his school yesterday to speak to the owner,i really want the bus to bring him home in the afternoons cause its so difficult doing the whole go come go come thing again this year.the drive to his school is 20 minutes with normal traffic so 20minX4 times a day =80 minutes just driving for taking bringing him ......not to mention the money i spend for gass....

she said she would let me know till Friday...I dont know if she mean this friday or next....................hope its a YES!its 300 euros for the school year for 1 bus ride a day.

Thinking of going to the tracks at the stadium in about an hour for a run.Its been ages since i went there.Im charging my mp3 player (since im using a silly old phone with no music in!!!)

Not sure really if i am going ...im really bored and feel fat and yuck today.Im also in a really bad mood with G.He acted so stupid like a child or a very imature man ...i really still cant belive he reacted so silly to sometihng that happened before.So silly.....................wow........................I told him im not cooking for him again and he can go eat at his mothers home from now on.....well guess you got the picture now.So i'll just see,probably i will go for the run.,Scared to do it to be honest.
 
I did go finally!And i am veryhappy i did.It had been so long that i visited that place,i didnt realize that i had missed it,the feeling i got was like i went home!

I went there and it closed after 20 minutes though so i only had a 15 minute run.It closes at 8 " 30 on Saturdays and Sundays, i didnt know that.

I cant belive how harder it is that the treadmill.I remember saying so , we=hen i started going to the gym , alos i had said that i hated the treadmill,but in time(well with not to much time in my hands actually)i had to manage only the gym and forgot all about running outdoors.It was lovely.My legs hurted from the first second.it made me wonder WHAT AM I DOING ON THE TREADMILL THEN?>Am i not running>???It really hurt!Then my chest hurt aswell like back when i was smoking....I felt sooo unfit but soo comfortable jgging at the same time!!!!Iam going to be getting there FOR SURE AGAIN.I really am going to be there.Its only 30 minutes and a 3 minutes drive!

Im off to get Mario ready for bed now try to be back later

Well all went fine !!! i dont want to put the eye on it but really i am soooo happy i can have me time now!!!


Got up at 7 am.........That is EARLYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY made myself a coffe , got Marios snack readdy ,got dressed ,fed the dogs made G a coffee woke Mario,watched a little of Sponge Bob and i was out the house at 8 sharp!!!!!!Very proud of myself!!!!There was no crying no moaning nothing and i left him at the nursery without anydrama!!!!!YEEEES!!!So happy about that.

Of course iwent to the gym!!!!

Ruth i just recall the STRENGH i get from working out and that feeling of PRIDE that i actually made it,thats what get me going plus the benefits of feeling super after is priceless.We have our ups and downs thats life but you get back on it lady and feel the energy!You do this and feel so much better!

I went to jog and it was great.I did get a bit of a headache and my legs hurted but it was great.I stopped at 25 cause they where really in pain so i thought not to overdo it incase i get injured.I felt like my calves where going to break...not a nice feeling.

ps i am feeling loads better mentally from working out,i am sure it had a little bit to do with me feeling crap a few weeks ago.You know from sitting on my behind and not getting any exercise.I m already feeling stronger,like my body is getting itself together again!!!WOW who would of thought that i would feel or do this!!!!
