Well here I go hoping to change my life for good this time. This time last year I did an ultimiate weight loss challenge at Curves in my home town. I stated with a weight of 150 lb. Now if that didn't hurt hearing that. Stated with it and lost 10 lbs. and went from a size 12 to a size 4-6.I was at the top of the world. And it only took me 3 months. Though it sounds like a long time. I lost more inches than lbs. Well than May came along with spring and I though I could do it without Curves. Well last month my jeans started not fitting and my shirts were too small. My girlfriend asked me to do the "Biggest Loser Weight Loss Challenge" at Curves with her. It stated the 5th of this month with the weigh in. To my HUGE surprise I am at 150.4 and now in size 10 jeans. So my story now begins...

I would like to lose 10 to 15 lbs again or to fit in my 4-6 jeans; which ever comes first. The challenge goes until Nov 24th. But I have a family reunion on the 11th of November so I would like to see changes by than.

I would out doing the circuit at Curves for 30 minutes, stationary bike and walk of the treadmill for a combine time of 15 minutes. And do Turbo Jam Abs in the morning before work (5x a week) for 30 minutes.

The support I have for reaching my goal is my friend (and co-worker) and her husband who I am doing the challenge with. And than there is another co-worker that also is giving us support and little pep talks at work. And the friends I hope to make here on this forum.


But here is a question. I have started this whole work-out and eating VERY healthly and watching my Calories (accoring to weight can only have 1070 daily) keeping them between 900-1000 and drinking 64oz of water. So with all of this being faithful; I weighed myself tonight and I only lost a pound. Went from 150.6 to 149.6. Am I doing anything wrong? Or does it just that this long. I don't remember it taking is long from last year.

it probably is your body adjusting hang in there and your building back muscle
