Hi! My name is Sarah. I'm 24 and I work as a makeup artist. I have always been the "chubby" girl. The girl that could do with losing a few kilos. Starting tomorrow, I will lose those few damn kilos. I am going to start working out every single day, yep everyday if I like it or not. I am also going to try cutting down on carbs, i have a slight addiction to bread hump :( its going to be tough. Anyways guy wish me luck.
 
Hi Sarah & welcome to the forum. If it's only a few kilos that you need to shed then cutting down on your bread alone will probably do it. Exercise is good in itself as it makes you feel good & it wouldn't take much to help you lose the weight. Try not to go overboard at first & then get sick of it. Changing your lifestyle a little makes a big difference in the long run. All the best with it, cheers, Cate.
 
I agree with Cate! If you do it overboard you will get tired of it and then stop all together.....cutting bread out and adding exercise should do it.

Just remember that once you loose the couple of Kilo you will want to be able to maintain it!
