OK, I am starting. Second time, but I will try it. First time I lost about 6 kg, now are 3 kilos back. I made program for myself to help me, and tried it to sell as shareware. Now I am going to create food and activity diary create online and I am looking for inspiration. And together with this I want to start new life.
 
I want to write all my foods and activities and count calories. And also I want to check my weight once a week.
 
Hello, Svajdlenka! Good job on your progress so far, I hope you make it to your goal :) I took a look at your website, and I might try out your weight loss program, it sounds interesting! I've tried programming, but I'm not as good as I would like, so I always am impressed with others who do it so well.

And my weight is still the same. I have standard problem:
1 start from the 1th next month.
Do you know this sentence?

It is biggest problem. To start. I am looking for good program for calorie counting. have some good tips, also from this page. Next problem is that I am working on my online tool, and in the future I want to use it. I have my own standalone program, but I am working on online version.
What about exercises? I have some in natural way. My 2 sons, (3 years, 7 months) are good reason to make some exercises. Running in flat, play football, or playing with my younger son and etc.
 
I finished my online diary

Yes I really finished it. My online diary on my soft pages is functional. First time I have only online tools without possibility to save in table, but now it is all OK. My Online Calorie Diary is here and it has a lot of possibilities. And I have around 50 users on it, and 20 of them are using my diary, and I have not bad replies.

Now is time to use it and improve my weight. This week was very hot and I lost some weight (mostly water). All meals are not tasty now, because I feel bad in this hot weather. I hope that weather will improve. And also I improve my results.
