I know you should change your workout every other week or whenever. But how bout every week? (maybe do 2 full body workouts one week, next week do legs one day, upper body next)..Thanks for any responses
I really don't see any reason to change every week. If a routine is working for you, then why change? If you stall out or stop making gains, then perhaps it's time to look at changes.
Alot of coaches design 4-6 weeks training blocks. You have to give your body sometime to adapt before you change. Changing too often is probably worst then not changing enough in that respect.
I had another question dealing with this, so I just decided to use this thread again. I work out 4 times a week, twice lower, and twice upper. For example one leg day (at gym) I'll do squats and stepups or somthin. Then the next time I work my legs(at home), I'll do deadlifts, frontsquats and calf raises. Is there anything wrong with doing this?
