Hey! Just thought I'd stop by and give some support!

I'm counting calories too. I'm so bad with getting the exercise. I thought about ankle/arm weights. I work 7 hours 6x a week, on my feet with no break. I was thinking maybe adding the extra weight would help me burn calories with walking around.

I find it hard keeping a food log. I just make my lunch, count the calories, and then figure it all out as I go along. It's a very basic diet for me, but it's working! Usually I would think, oh, I've been good, I should have some McDonalds. Thank God I've grown out of that. Now I only eat what I bring. If I didn't bring the "main" part of my lunch (usually it's instant rice), I'll grab a small sub from next door at my work (only 270-300 calories).
