Since I don't have a bench press, i did weighted push ups to substitute, but now that i'm doing 70lb push ups my back is kinda hurting because it is really hard to keep my back straight and do the presses with that much weight on the back.
So I was thinking of if its possible to replace the push ups with chair dips, since they both work the same muscles? I started doing chair dips recently, and its pretty challenging so i was wondering if i can do that to work the same muscles and keep progressing and end up doing weighted chair dips.
