Chad Waterbury Method??

Hello,
Just wondering what all of you think of doing a Chad Waterbury workout? I am fairly new to lifting, and want to put on some size, but at the same time don't want to overdue it, as I am 54! Any opinions welcome. Oh! and which one of his workouts would be good for me. Thanks

I would advise getting 'new rules of lifting'.
U can google it.

chad waterbury is great, but his workouts are directed at strength training more then size.
new rules is a great program consisting of a beggingers workout, 3fat loss workouts 3 hypertrophy (size) workouts and 3 strength training workouts. You each last 8-12 weeks and you can do them in any order you want, or miss sections out your not interested in.
 
Believe it or not I have that book, along with Rippetoe's 'Starting Strength' this is why there is some confusion on which program to go with.
 
In which case do begginer. then hypertrophy 1. Then after that, see if you feel like going for more size or some strength.
