NOW, NOW! As a trainer and manager of trainers for the past 8 years I can tell you this: Books are good, Knowledge is better, People skills are best! Your cert won't mean jack, if you can't internalize the knowledge, and get the person that is writing the check to understand how it will impact their life. With that said, your education is very important! Never forget that an idiot with a plan, will always beat a genius without one! Keep moving forward, but build your people skills at the same time.
