Goal: 200

To Go: 114.6

I felt like it was an ok week. It wasn't great by any means. Missed a day of cardio at the gym and drank a few too many beers. still had a 2.6 loss tho. yay!

After such a big loss that first week, it's amazing that you still lost this week! YOu are doing great! Keep up the good work...and stay away from those beers, LOL!:)
 
Aggervated...
I'm up .4 lb and its not even Wednesday yet....!
Cant fall asleep unless I eat before!
Im doin cardio 7 days a week and still gaining... ahhh!

Maybe weighing myself a couple days ago was a good thing. got myself back on target. I seriously need to get more consistency... When I was doin weight watchers 2 years ago with only walking I was getting average 3-5 pound weekly losses.
