I stumbled upon this part of the forum and figured I'd make my own diary to keep track of everything.
Hi to anyone that happens to read this. My name's Jessie (female) and I'm a vegetarian in the process of losing weight. The vegetarian bit isn't overly important but I've found it a little tricky to get use to creating a weight loss plan that fits my vegetarian lifestyle, as I've always had to lose weight as a omnivore. It's not that big of a change, I know, but it's a bit harder to make sure that I get all the proper nutrition. It doesn't help that I'm new to vegetarianism. So, I'm still getting the hang of things.
Basically, I'm just striving to get healthier and hopefully that'll help my overall happiness.
I don't have much time now as I have to leave in an hour (of course I'm on the computer rather than getting ready) but I'll post a bit more later on sometime.
