Celia's Slide Down the Scale

Today's weight was 196.2 Morning sickness sucks. I think I got down about 1800 calories yesterday (mostly by eating higher calories things - bagels, cheese, ect) but not a lot stayed. Everything turns my stomach at the moment. All my favorite foods are just not appealing.

Anyways, started this morning with cheerios and milk and a glass of juice. About 300 cals.

Maybe you can even use the baby as motivation to get more in shape... walking more and whatnot. It'll be good for both of you. I'm sure your doctor will have more ideas as to what you can do during your pregnancy to better get in shape, as well as how much to eat so that you and the baby are healthy, but not overly healthy.

That is such a miracle that after trying and being told the chances were low that you finally succeeded, even if it wasn't planned. Life throws you those curveballs, but sometimes they even turn out for the best. I hope your family is more supportive now that you actually are pregnant as opposed to joking about it. Just stopped in to say hi. I hate that you are not feeling well. I'm sure it will level out. Might even be a good thing, to break some old habits and then you can start newer healthier ones. Your weight is looking good. Is the family excited over the new addition?
