update

My weight dipped a little this morning. I am now 63.9 so 100gms less than where i started.

I'm feeling good though. Walked 2x this week so far and will be walking tomorrow and sunday. I am having a rest day today since I'm feeling a bit tired and need to give the body a break.

It's wierd how only 5kgms can seem so large when it really is only about 8weeks of hard work and then maintenance.


Well I'll just keep going. Hopefully I will be a little lighter by sunday.

Going to a girly shoe party tonight. I haven't eaten alot today so that I can have a glass of bubbly tonight.

I'm thinking red and white shoes or shiny black .
 
yo yo week

well i've had a bit of a yo yo week. I've done some good stuff and some not so good.

I tracked my calories and have averaged around 1800 per day which is too high for me to lose weight.

I have exercised 3 days so far. Went to the gym today and did 40 minutes of cardio.

I will exercise tomorrow so that I've worked out 4 days this week which is good for me.

My food has been good today I should finish the day around 1300 calories.

I need to lose about 6kgs by november for a ball. That is my motivation

well my weight is tracking down. today i was 63.5. I'm hoping to get into the 62s by the end of the week.

I'm back to exercising and eating better. I'm a bit tired from the exercise though.

Why do you want to lose weight? to look good in a bikini for my holiday to vietnam. To feel better, to get rid of the middle role and to look better.
Do you want to lose weight for a specific life event such as wedding or reunion? I am doing this for my self but i do have a ball to go to in November that I want to lost for.
What obstacles could get between you and your weight loss goals? Mental health issues and CFS.
Why do you think that you now have a weight problem? I'm not considered overweight but really don't like the role on my stomach and thighs. I eat more now than i did when i was younger. I guess i just dont move around as much as when i was at school
What lifestyle changes do you think would help you lose weight? Eating better & Exercising
Have you lost weight in the past? Yes and i kept it off for a few years until i got breast cancer.
Why do you believe that you did not lose weight or you gained the weight back? I have yo yod alot in the last year. mostly when i'm dipping mentally.
What, if anything, has not worked for you in the past in helping you to lose weight? Keeping track of my food intake and changing it if i don't lose that week.

Do you cook at home often? If so, what do you cook? Yes, I cook most of the time.. healthy snitzel, fish and salad, gnocchi etc
How often do you go out to eat? Where do you go? I eat out or get take away at the most once a week. chinese, thai or indian

What is your daily/weekly/monthly/yearly motivation to move towards your goals? All of yall!! A new wardrobe that i look good in
Do you have rewards for certain goals? Yes a nice dress for the ball

I'm in a funk today but thats ok. I get bouts of feeling like crap every other month.

I'm down .5kgms, 500 gms or a bit over a pound. Small loss but am happy with a loss.

At work at the moment but am on a lunch break.

I'm not very hungry today cause of nausea. blahhhhh

I've had an apple, banana, tuna and some crackers and a yoghurt. No exercise today.

Not sure what to have for dinner. Maybe some gnochi with a tomato based sauce. Tastes really nice and is low in fat and calories.

am on the verge of pigging out today. Am feeling quite off and wanting food to dull the pain.

I thought i'd rather write on here than grab another cracker with cheese.

Feeling really tired and don't want to cook tonight but will force myself.

well idid cave yesterday. I had some red wine and pigged out last night.

my total calories were around 2000. oops

Feeling alot better today. will probably go to the gym tonight

Well ive been feeling a little off this week and haven't been able to exercise.

Although my weight is down by 1.5pounds since last week so i'm happy. Hoping to feel better soon and do somemore exercise

Well my weight has been up and down lately. I haven't really progressed too well.

Today i was 63.5 so i'm back to where i started. I am hoping to move forward. I will try really hard this week.

I am feeling physically better this week so i should be able to lose some.

I'f i'm down to 62. something this week i'll be happy. I'll be doing my pilates cd again tonight.

it is so cold here. start of spring and today is 14c. It didn't get above 10c yesterday.

Well i'm still 63.5.

Wasn't feeling to well the last two weeks and let my weightloss go to the shit.

Whenever i don't feel too good i eat too much. or i don't care about what i eat.

Well i'm going for a walk at lunchtime today.

And eating well. Hopefully i can drop a little by the weekend

I'm down to 63.2 today. Very happy. The weight is starting to come off again.

I just have to keep the momentum going.

I went for a 5km walk yesterday and ate really well.

It's going to rain here today so I won't be going walking.

I'm hoping to be just below 63 by Sunday

62.6 this morning. Lowest i have been in ages. Will see if it trends down next week or if this is just a good loss day

I won't update my ticker yet until this Sunday. I'm hoping to be below 62 by the weekend.

Did half hour pilates dvd. Walked for 1 hour yesterday.

Ate tuna for breakfast. meat balls and a small piece of rum and raisin cheesecake for lunch. Had lunch at my sisters.

I'll have a salad for dinner if i feel hungry.

Well i was back up to 62.5 this morning but i was expecting that.

If i am well and truly below 62 by sunday i will be happy. I ate at the inlaws and probably just had that little too much but didn't go over board last night.

Thanks trusylver. The encouragement really helps.

walked at lunch time today nearly 5kms in 45 mins. so very good.

I'm having a dinner party on Saturday but have decided to cook reasonably low cal and fat and try not to eat too much. I'm really hoping for less than 62kgms by sunday
