Breakfast - Yoghurt, green apple, tomato all mixed up, super sweet expensive coffee (damn coffee lady out to kill me!!!!:mad: )
Lunch - FIsh and asparagus
Dinner - Prawns and Bean sprouts

Not sure how to go about this. I am going to write down what I eat, what I drink, what I exercised.

Colleague joining me in gym after work today. Hope we can get things started.

Do I need to add photo? I am shy.... :rotflmao: Still need to lose 30 pounds at least.

Welcome to WLF! Its a very helpful forum, and the people are amazing!
Congratulations on making this decision, its a very good one! :]
And no, you dont HAVE to put up a picture, but its nice to be able to
show off once you've dropped the weight, haha. Its up to you but it's
a really good idea. Knowing that everyone on here sees you keeps you
determined to change, and keeps you going.

Im really shy too, and If I did it.. so can you! :)

I've much to learn from all of you here....

Today i got in 20 min of treadmill and some walking.
My side was aching halfway, not sure why.:confused:
 
Photos aren't necessary - only if you're comfortable.. but do take measurements for yourself so you can see the changes... :)

Breakfast - Yoghurt, lettuce, lean pork slices, tomato all mixed up into salad.
Lunch - FIsh and asparagus, cup of steamed corn. with rice
Dinner - Beansprouts and egg. with rice

I am saving up for new house so will be pretty broke to buy anything more than what is listed. Only indulgence is the asparagus since I dun like other kind of veg.
