Heyhey.
ok been a while. ive been keepin busy to keep my mind of from junk food..
i so see a tiny bit of a difference on my waist and legs but not in the number on my scale. but o well, at least i feel better and sooner or later ill loose some weight. its August now!! its my birthday in 14 dayys so exited.. my goal is to be able to wear a pretty dress or sumthing on my birthday

so ill continue with my exercises.My best freind sara came home alts thursday, she also wants to lose weight so weve decided to support eachother and make sure that we have sumone to lean on and to call and to exercise with.
When school starts were gonna start going to yoga classes once a week. It all depends on my skool schedual, im praying that i dont end later than 16.00 on fridays, cus thats the day that the yoga classes are gonna be held on. im very exitedd!
Until school starts were just gonna do whatever whenever. Yesterday we swam. we both did 1000 meters (PROUD) and then we sat in the jacuzzi for an hour and then the sauna for 15 and then took showers and went home.. were gonna meet up for tennis soon and ive been walking my parents dog like every day for an hour ish..
Ive been kinda bad lately. cheating a little here and there but at least i havnet completely lost it and eaten too much like i wouldve done normally. ive just had like a little peice of chocolate and a few chips when they were just siting all lonely on the table..hehe.. but im gonna stop that. baby steepss.. i keep remindig myself that.. anyways. the dog needs his walk now so i shall check in later again..
