I am trying to reasses how I am going about this, so hopefully any imput/commentary on what I do daily will help. (as will typing out what I do to look at )

I've commented on stress and not sleeping previously, and I also am starting to realize, after reading around here, that not eating very much last year has in it's way caused me to put on a bit of this weight. I believe I messed up my metabolism.

Today I rode my bike for two and a half hours. I'm still not pushing it too much, but I do feel a bit tired and am going to keep with doing this every other day to give my body time off.

For breakfast I had an organic lemon yogurt (not enough, I do not think, but there was little else in the house) , and a cup of black currant and ginsing tea, three glasses of water throughout the morning

During my bike ride I had two medium sized bottles of Fuji Water

After my bike ride I had a small bowl of pasta with fresh tomatoes, red onions, and a can of tuna. More Tea

For a snack, an apple and 2 pieces of wasa crisp bread with two thin slices of swiss cheese

For dinner, I had a small serving of jasmine rice with tomato and red kale, more tea and during the evening about four more glasses of water

I usually eat more fruit than this, but never made it to the market in time today for a re stock

I usually tend to forget to eat, or not like to eat too much at once......looking at this it looks like I ate a lot but I've been pretty active. I am concerned about getting enough protien as a recently semi-converted vegetarian who has begun to eat some fish.

you food looks good but could be a little light especially if your real active. How many calories are you shooting for in a general day? Fish is a good choice. If your new to eating fish go with things like catfish or bass for a good mild tasting fish. Things like trout and salmon tend to be the strongest and can be almost overpowering......

I am honestly not sure how many calories to shoot for.....
Even if I am not excercising a lot, I do run around and as an artist, use my hands a lot stretching large canvas and painting, ect...building things.

I will try some catfish and bass....fresh sounds so much better than a can of tuna.

I'm starting to realize how much not eating has affected my body, what I typed out seems like so much food to me, but I kind of do see that it may be a little low for the sake of proper nutrition.

Hmmm.

I forgot to write down what I ate yesterday, but I tried to increase my protien as I have been biking a lot and felt tired.

I have also decided for now to cut out all alchohol, for general health reasons, the extra calories without nutrition, and just to see if it helps speed up the process.

I've been drinking a lot of herbal tea, and lots of water and I believe it is helping me a lot.
Unfortunately my scale is busted, so I have no idea of any change really since the weekend, but that is ok as it was not too long ago.

I'm also actually getting about six hours of sleep a night, making myself go to bed and relax. It feels good, and I feel better and am sleeping deeply.
