Another Lab report morning so not much time :(

Breakfast:
turkey kielbsa w/ fungus :D hehehe
tropical smoothie

lunch:
an apple
turkey wrap (wheat) w/ swiss, lettuce and sugar free pickles :D
 
Well, one kid home sick from school so no workies for me today :( My work is actually my "mental quiet time" and I really like my job so it kinda sucks, but I know just how the little bugger feels since he has what I had last week :eek: On top of the fact that his sleep has been cut by4 hours (they usually sleep 9 - 7am but lately its been 10 - 5 or 6 thanks to the science lab) :rolleyes:

I got my kitchen floor mopped though :D On to the rest of my task list (since its two pages - hey! I'm trying to keep really busy so I don't snack! LOL)
 
I so hear you on the "mental quiet time"! Work is the only time when I don't feel like a slave to people under 3 ft. tall! And today is my last day - I'm gonna lose it! 10 wks. of no mental quiet time AT all. Ugh! Maybe my 2 years old will ease up on needing me to hold her as much if I am around 24/7. Maybe????? I hope so! Well, I'll be around more I think now that school's out, even though we are planning on many, many trips to the beach this summer.
 
Fungus! Lol! I say this a million times, but you are so funny! :D Hope today has went well for you and you haven't went completely insane yet! :D
 
Laurel, can you say "nappy time"? LOL when the boys were that small, I LIVED for that nice, quiet, MENTALLY PEACEFUL time!! ;) Later, I told them they didn't have to sleep - just lie there and quietly look at a book or listen to LOW music :D ahhh my saving graces in those days!! LOL

Nutty Buddy, not many people like the little bity buggers :D Personally, I live on 'em since you can eat a pound of 'em and, provided there is nothing else in with them, they are zippo points :D I know! I AM taking a break (until monday) but I feel better stuffing myself on a known freebie than to sit and eat a bag of quakes with all the sodium and 4 or 5 points per bag :eek: I didn't go completely insane! LOL Paul slept most of the day - the only med. he can take with his ADD med. right now is a night-time med. and "causes marked drowsiness" :rolleyes: woohoo! house cleaning time! :D

Dinner was a "burrito-less" bowl and yerba mate tea. I take everything I would normally put in a turkey burrito and put it in a bowl, instead of a tortilla, and add a bunch of cooked fungi (told you I live on these things, Nuthead! LOL) and zuchinni (ah, another freebie! :D). Add hot sauce and wah-la! Din-din Morris! hehehehehe

got my living room cleaned and my computer stuff put where it goes (its been in "storage" for a bit) and sucked in my water and - well, I got lots done :D
 
I can't wait for Monday!! Well, not the weigh in part - the "start writing down for WW" part :rollleyes: I KNOW I have confused my body these last two weeks, but will it work????? We shall see! LOL

It was supposed to be so nice today (just a small chance for showers) but now its supposed to rain most of today and I'm sure our races will be cancelled :( We were so hoping to go since they've been cancelled every weekend except for the first one! Looks like it may not happen again this weekend.

Breakfast:
A whole pound of fungus ;) (yup - they cook down to nothing, practically)
w/ about 4 oz ground turkey and hot sauce mmmmmmmm :D
Oh yeah! I have a slice of light wheat bread w/ margarine :eek:

gotta run :D headed to pop into diaries :D

I can't believe you are ready to start writing everything down again! Just goes to show how nutty you are! Lol! I hope you have a great weigh in on Monday! :D And be careful with those mushrooms, you might turn into one! ;) :p
 
I hear you Cassie on loving mushrooms! Raw, fried, baked, boiled, they are ALL delicious! I didn't know that they were basically freebies though, now I have even more incentive to eat them all the time, numnumnumnumnum! :D
 
Beagle, I'll eat mushrooms any way but fried (now) :D If I start on those I'd never stop! LOL I could eat my weight in mushrooms easily :p :D THEY ARE ONLY FREEBIES IF THERE IS NO FAT IN THE PREPARATION!! So be ware!

Hubby had the a/c running today and I thought I had icicles on my poor nosey!! I had to put on a sweater!!! :rolleyes: LOL

todays eats..

1 can of tuna w. celery, red peppers, and miracle whip

chicken
chicken sausage
tuna/ mac salad
grilled zuchinni
LF SF strawberry cream pie :D MMMMMMMM

drank loads of (decaf) tea and water today :D

only cleaned a little today - busy getting dinner ready and helping neighbor-man :rolleyes:

OHHH! I forgot to share!!! LOL My hubby, who never notices what I wear or what I lose, etc. , SAID I LOOKED GOOD IN MY SHORTS NOW THAT I'VE LOST WEIGHT!!! :D:D I haven't worn shorts for 11 years (since I was pregnant with the twins) . I have always hated my chubby piano legs in shorts ( you know, really fat thighs and muscular calves with a bulge for a knee in between :rolleyes:). I got too hot today and cut off some jeans - they were a size too big but they worked for today :D I still am not brave enough to wear them out of the house, but hey, its a start :D

ahh what a feelin'! LOL
 
That would have been much nicer if he hadn't added "now that you've lost weight!" That stinker! I know how you feel. I won't wear shorts out of the house!

Food is looking good! I'm going to stop writing in here now since I'm talking to you! ;)

Nuthead!!! I am here! LOL This whole week I have meetings up the whazoo and will be on at odd times :rolleyes: I'm glad we got to talk too (hubby isn't but I am :D ) I haven't been able to "talk " to ya in a while!


Well, its been a heck of a day, two meetings, work, and neighbor-man. I think I'm almost bald from ripping out my hair!! :p LOL When I left to take the kids to the bus this morning I realized my precious Kitty was missing! I spent way too much time looking for him to no avail :( I have had my 'baby' for 17 years and I was VERY upset. Needless to say, he was back when I got home :D Thank g'ness!!! I know, I'm a sap, but he was my first "child" and I spoil him rotten.

Didn't do so hot on points today :( I am supposed to have 24 and I think I had something like 30 or 31 - I ate at one of the meetings and all they had was burgers, fries, soda, and other junk :(

Tomorrow is D-day!! LOL I get to get into it with the school and see just how many of my "requests" will be granted :rolleyes: Then I work 3 hours and take the kids for their med checks - ahhh, another day of eating on the run. *sigh* oh well. Almost over! LOL

Ummm... yeah, since Friday night! Lol! :p

Do not feel bad about today! Sometimes it happens to all of us. You are always so good and never have a cheat day on purpose. Put it behind you and let's move on. :D So glad you found your kitty! :D
