Well, I went for my walk today
6 miles in an hour and a half!!!
It was awesome! I think I feel better now after going the 6 in my own sneakers than I did going 4 in my son's clodd hoppers last Sunday! LOL
I just found out that my neighbor who has been so sick has lung cancer AND a blood disorder. She was healthy as a horse and walked all summer with me - out of the blue she got socked with a double whammy. So on top of my (lately) 50 hour weeks, I will be helping them out when they need it. She has to go two and three times a week for radiation (later Chemo) and blood and platelet replacement. Her husband has testicular cancer and alreaady goes for treatment for that. SO I will be helping out when they need it......
Food for today.....
100% Bran cereal
skim milk
chicken chow mein (no rice)
skim milk
Calories are lower than they should be so far, but I am planning on corned beef and veggies for dinner so I want to save enough for that. I'm not hungry anyway so, as long as I'm not snacking, I'm eating enough for now
Well, gotta go finish my lunch (just got back from my walk a few minutes ago so I MUST eat it all
