okay, food so far for today...
small apple w/ LF cheese Broiled
protein shake
cottage cheese
quakes
Reduced Fat Crackers ( I haven't had a cracker in I don't know How long! YUM!)
**** ADJUSTMENT: forgot to eat my crackers and quakes but ate 2 oz of milk chocolate at work
water so far today: 16 oz and more will follow before and after work (can't drink during)
ITS ALMOST FRIDAY!!!!!!
