I DO however have an excuse.... School. Not a good one, mind you, but still an excuse. I'm so busy lately i can't find any time or energy to work out. Plus, when you're constantly busy, eating something fast is so much more convenient than making a good meal......... .
Ugh, school makes it so hard. I'm still on a meal plan, but even that makes it hard to eat well because I can't make my own food and know exactly what I'm eating. So frustrating! But it just makes the successes feel even better -- knowing that you accomplished weight loss for the week ALONG with coursework and all the other student stuff that goes on. Keep going, you can do this!
