Well I guess I should have started this a week ago but oh well.
I just came across this site in the middle of my weight loss "adventure". I started at 252 in February of 07 and am now currently 221. My goal is to get to 180 with: healthy eating/1400 calories/lifting + any aerobic exercise I can get. Currently I am on a fixed budget so it's been tough just eating frozen chicken and veggies most of the time but you start to find some interesting experiments along the way with cheap eating.

Seems like you got what it takes to get to your goal--the never give up attitude keeps me still pumped to somehow manage my own goal I've been chasing for TWO YEARS
