Cario question?

Hye, lol ive been posting alot lately....but only with questions, anyway i am just wondering if i eat right and do ab exercises should i do 30 mins of jogging a day in the mornings or should i only do that 3-4 times a week? which would work best if im working towards a 6 pack?
 
if u want faster results ur gonna wanna run altease 30 mins 5-6 days a week.. gotta burn that body fat for them abs to show.. ;D
 
Yeah alternate between slower paced jogging and HIIT. I tend to do Monday Wednesday Friday HIIT and Tuesday & Thursday as slower paced, rest Saturday and do another slower paced one on a Sunday (if I can be assed :D).

My weight and bf% are coming down at a good steady pace and so far haven't had any problems with injurys etc.
