ok, this is probably like the most basic question u guys have answed but here goes. I recently read two books; "The truth about 6-pack abs"-Mike Geary, and "Turbulance Traning"- Craig Ballantyne. Both have very good chapters about nutrition and such but mostly agree on the fact that to lose fat u don't need to do cardio? Every thing here iv read u guys have been pusinh cardio every chance u get? Whos right!?
