Cardio while bulking or maintaining

If your bulking you should do HIIT only once a week. You should put this workout on a day that you are not lifting.

If your maintaining 2-3 times a week would be a good idea. Usually after your done lifting about 4-5 hours after so your glyocen (i believe thats how you spell it) can fully recover.
 
it depends how much you eat and on your body. most people cant do alot of cardio when bulking, some people can. I have a hard time gaining weight, so i minimalize the cardio. only cardio i do is in my jiujitsu class and when im out playing ball with my friends.
