Hi all, I recently got into the gym. I did heavy physical work for many years and have been driving for 10 now. I notice that I have very little stamina when it comes to cardio work. I am now using a bike at the gym as I have bad knees and can't take impact. Should I switch to the elliptical, or even the treadmill to build myself up. I can only handle 10-15 minutes of it now. I am not overweight, 44 years old, a smoker for 25,,I know I know, the smoking is the worst, I have it in my mind now that it's either me or the butts, I choose me. Wish me luck
