cardio or weights, which burns more fat?

Which would burn more fat, 1 full body workout with about 6 exercises almost to failure lasting about 45 minutes, or a 25 minute HIIT session?
 
im not sure about that actually. i know weightlifting burns ALOT more than regular cardio for 45 mins, but HIIT burns more than regular cardio too..
 
Schuler cites in NROL a study showing weight lifting, if done right, raises the metabolism for up to two days.

HIIT it only a few hours after. Cardio is like for two hours after.
