cardio in hell-like weather

i was just wondering what are some good cardio options when you live in a hellhole...its been 110-112 everyday for the past few weeks and its not getting any lower, the only time its even tolerable to go outside it right before sunset and even then it sucks...wat are some cardio options you can do in this kind of weather? (i dont have any money to spend so i cant buy a treadmill)
 
Do it at night after the sun is down or wake up at 5 or 6 am and do it then. Hopefully by night time it will be more like high 80's.

Also you could just do a Bodywieght workout. You can get one hell of a cardiovascular workout from a BW workout. I reccomend checking out Craig Ballantyne's stuff at turbulencetraining.com
