Cardio during bulking

Two, maybe three times maximum per week I would say - Personally, I would keep it at a steady rate, such as 75%, just to keep the heart healthy.
 
Good advice. That is what I do.
I dont use Cardio to loose fat when bulking, just use it to maintain a healthy heart and get the blood pumping.

a 15-20min swim twice a week and a 45min walk into town 2-3times a week is plenty.
 
If you mean, do too much cardio - you will lose lean muscle mass than you would want to be holding on to as much as possible while bulking.
